Default Axle turns rough

I changed my u joint, installed back into vehicle (i only lost a little fluid) bolted all together, torqued everything accordingly, and the axle feels very rough and notchy! First i thought the hub bearing, but it was fine when i pulled it out, even had the guys at napa give me their opinion, maybe just REAL low on fluid??

Yes sir, the only reason i lost fluid was i had a floor jack under the driver side knuckle jacking it up, to swap in my 4.5spring/spacer on the passenger (new u-joints) side. I ended up removing the alloy seal, just wasnt ready for it yet! The only thing that changed on the passenger side s new balljoints, u-joint,and a taller spring.

No, i wish i was driving it.... Just sliding the axle in, bolting the hub bearing up and giving it a spin ( no brake parts installed )!

Did the ujoint feel good? The seal is kinda a pain in the a$$. Pull the cover, slide both shafts out, mark & remove bearing race caps, remove the carrier/ring gear, then remove & replace both axle seals!

i went to eat thats why the pop corn guy appeard no seal is going to give a rough fell when spinning i meant maybe you bent the red seal causing axle to red housing contact in that area
