looks like I gotta wait till tomorrow, cant re-use these, the old bolts are not long enough and all the stores that are open today dont have them, so going tomorrow and checking out the ones that are closed today.

E-brake cables will work with it
Hope that helps.
The cables look exactly alike, but now I am having trouble getting the nut started because they arent long enough, is that the fact that this axle is a inch or so wider? or could these cables not be as worn out, (remember I have an exsiting 4.5" lift)

The springs on the cables had to be depressed a slight bit so I could get the shoes one, is that right?

This should have taken a couple of hours for this swap and now its been a couple of days due to parts missing, etc. My mind is not working right, I need a fresh brain to help, this just might be something stupid

I forgot to mention I decided to go with a micro lock as a parking brake. My cables kinda stretched. Prob because of the 6.5 lift.
maybe you having same problem as I did. Unless somebody else has a solution.

i went to the yard and asked for a dana 35 which we partially identified by the smaller brake drums like mine . I got it home compared it side by side and it has a flat bottom like a chrysler and i needed 3in u bolts instead of 2.5, but mysteriously the brakes were identical on both confusing
