Question axle swap

can I swap a front axle from a 95 xj to a 90 xj? my 90 has the two piece shaft on the passenger side. will I have any problems going to a solid axle or do I need to doo something to the transfer case also?
Thanks

Make sure they're the same ratio though.

are you talking just the axle shafts, or the whole axle/diff?

because you can just swap the passenger side axle shaft, you just have to add a seal in the the diff and remove the smaller one in the tube. then simply make a block off plate for the hole when you remove the vac motor.

and yeah, just plug the vac line at the t-case.

or you can simply swap out the whole diff with no other mods other than the vac line.
