so a kid i know said he would sell me the axle, tranny, transfer case, and both driveshafts out of his 91 cherokee for 300 bucks! my question to you is, what are the chances of everything mounting up in my 2000

 

every thing but the rear axle is good. the 91 either has a dana 35 or a 27 spline 8.25 both kinda worthless.

if you don't have ABS you have a 29 spline 8.25 out back, same strength as a dana 44

 

yea i have the 8.25 in the rear... im not sure which front axle he has.. considering he had to call one of his friends to tell him what to sell me the parts for.. but i figure for 300 bucks im not too concerned.. but everything should mount up no problem huh?

My question is, why do you want all this stuff? Trans, t-case, axles, DS's, are all plentiful and cheap.

 

if it were me i'd pick it all up and a welder and build me a nice bottom drawer buggy on air shocks
