Ax 15 Fluid debate
ok so i have a 1994 xj with an ax 15 in it leaks like hell but im fixing that. It has been leaking GEAR OIL not sure what weight iv just been adding to it. It now whines from 1st to 3rd gear. Im seriously concerned on what to put in it. I talked to tranny guys they say run amsoil 75-90 tj guys use 10-w30 my buddy used royal purple syncromesh and no more then a month later had bad issues and is now putting in a new trans. some also recommend redline mt90. i just want to end this debate and find out what the hell to use!
