AW4 Splined shaft length?

Engine: 4.0
it has the late model short input shaft on the transfer case. it input shaft stick out roughtly 1.365" from the transfer case.
do you know if the AW4 transmission or transmission output shaft was changed any from 1992-2001ish?

now im starting to think it has the medium input shaft. i don't know any specific measurements. check this out.
