I have a 92 that's not shifting right. When I stomp it she won't down shift. It will stay in od but when I'm slowing down or coming to a complete stop she will down shift normaly and when I accel it will up shift fine till 3rd and od which kicks in as if I'm slowly accelorating. Fluid is new and I tried to adjust the kickdown by the throttle. I had an issue when starting off it wouldn't be in first but start in od. Any Ideas?

Dont ask me how to do it, because Ive never had to. But you should adjust/check your TPS...
I should be able to find the procedure fr you..
and you might not of adjusted the tv cable correctly, please explain how you did it...

all i did was disconnect it then push the button down near the end of the cable then put it back on, which fixed the issue with it starting off in OD. That would be great if you could get that for me thanks!

To adjust the TV cable you:
1: Push in and hold the release button
2: While holding in release button, push "conduit" in as far as it will go
3: Release button
4: Rotate throttle to WOT, some people do this with the gas pedal. Others do it from the engine compartment.
5: Hold at WOT for a few seconds, cable should ratchet out a click or two.
6: Your TV cable should now be properly adjusted, take it for a test ride.

I would try the tv cable first, its the easiest. Takes about 30 seconds..
If that does not work then I woudl try adjusting the TPS
