Default AW4-231 adaptor queston

1) is the T-case adapter on my 94 the same as one for a 98? (if not the same, will the 94 bolt the 98 together correctly?)
2) If #1 is a NO, how can I determine which adapter is the correct one?
I am aware of the different length input output shafts between the trans and T-case, I found a low mileage trans and T-case missing the adapter and would like to have found all the parts (if needed) before I do the R&R.
3)I have taken some measurements and it looks like with the SYE on the new T-case, the rear D-shaft will need to be longer. Does anyone know if a replacement slip yoke (for the drive shaft) exists that can be installed on a stock front shaft to extend it for the rear? Allowing the packing of one D-shaft for both ends.
Is that a bad fantasy idea that I should forget about?

I appreciate the input, it would be great if they were all the same adapter. That would just make life a little easier,,, gotta be different then haha. I will check with Novak... Thanks again.
