Auxiliary Fog Light installation

I'm gonna get some Aux fog lights for the front of my jeep and had some questions about installing.
I'm not really that good with installing/fixing stuff stuff in general (other than interior stuff) so I was wondering if it was a relatively easy thing to do.
I was just gonna get a pair of these:

lol but seriously go to walmart and buy a pair of Hella comet 500's... i have yet to see a walmart without them...they are like $60 +/- but they are bigger and better looking than a pair of one-off OEM fog lights

then not only do you not have to pay shipping.... but they also come with a complete wire setup that includes a relay!!!
