Next to you air box you will see where the temp switch which mounts in you rad connects, if you run a jumper your fan will be on any time the key is on. you can also wire a switch through the orange side I believe if you want to turn it on and off, just don't forget to turn it on.

Aux Electric Cooling Fan

This weekend I installed a 97 Aux Electric Cooling Fan on my 89 Cherokee. The plug was different so I cut and spliced the plug from the old fan onto the new fan. Today I found that the 95-96 fan has the same connector as the 87-94 fan. I did not change the fuse. The new fan is more quiet and I feel vibration from the fan when it is engaged so I know it's on. I can't tell if it's providing more CFM's though.
