Is there any trick to getting this bastard to come out? I can get the inside tab to move but I can't for the life of me to get the bottom outside tab to move and I'm afraid to break it.

Any pointers?

(The top bolts and electrical connector have been removed already?

 

Tilt the top back til it clears and maneuver it out.

 

The bottom feet have little metal spring clips that keep it from rattling around. Those metal clips can get stuck in the slots and usually what keeps it from coming out easily. If you can get an eye on them from below, some kind of light oil like PB Blaster will help them break free. Then remove the clips they aren't needed

 

It's a little tight for clearance. Just go slowly and be careful not to damage the radiator fins.

 

Where would one get some of those metal clips??
Can you post a pic of the clips ?
