Default Autopal H4 Upgrade problem

So today it was warm enough to install my new headlight setup. I got the Autopal E-code housings and the upgraded headlight harness. After hooking everything up, I turned them on to test. The driver side headlight works amazing - much brighter than stock. However, the passenger side is having some issues. It lights up, but isn't very bright at all and there is no high beam function. I switched the housings around to see if the bulb was the problem, but it was the same thing - driver side worked fine, passenger side not so much. Because of this, I think something may be wrong with the harness itself. I got the harness from here:

. I'm not very familiar with electrical pieces. Any ideas what I should check to figure out what the problem is?

Make sure the metal is bare where the ground attaches to.

I feel stupid now. The ground was bad. I moved it to a different spot and it works perfectly now. Thank you all for your help.

By the way, I definitely recommend this upgrade. At least twice as bright as stock, and I haven't even seen them perform in the dark yet!

Go drive around and adjust them. Quite an upgrade, isn't it?

These put out an unbelieveable amount of light. I am astounded over the improvement from stock. Aiming them is definitely a priority, I think I would get a ticket driving around with them as is, they are that bright. I'm not even sure brights will be necessary!

Yep. No need for projectors or HIDs.

Definitely not, and way cheaper than any HID system I have ever seen. If you added some roof lights to this you could see for at least a mile on flat ground.
