Any other ideas? This is getting ridiculous. Thanks

Ive gone through all of that, gauges still dont work even when i unplug the cps. Changed the cps twice, 2nd one being a mopar, and worked for a bit... till I shut it off and it wouldnt start again...

Could it be the pcm? Tcm?

All the wiring intact, nothing laying on or around the exhaust?

Got to check 5 volt supply to sensors, any sensor that is a 5 volt and is shorted to ground internally will cause this not just crank sensor. Most sensors with 3 wires is a 5 volt sensor. Start unplugging one at a time till it cluster begins to work.

So your saying just start unplugging things and see if my gauges work?

So I swapped another asd relay as it seems the one I put in either didnt work, or was blown. That brought back the rapid clicking sound, and the fuel pump relay also slightly clicked. I swapped the fuel pump relay as well and all of a sudden my gauges started to work. Cranked it over and it fired right up! Ran rough for 10 minutes or so and then I took it around my neighborhood a few times. It ran great after that.

One thing I did notice at this point was the voltage would dip when I turned on the defrost. It would actually bottom out at 9v, then the check gauges light came on. Once I turned it off and revved it slightly the needle would bounce back up and run normal. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

It still has an electrical issue, the alternator/battery should easily keep up with all the accessories running. Do the battery terminal connections suck?

When i bought it a year ago i would notice if I had the wipers, defrost, headlights, and rear defrost on(winter), the belt would squeal when accellerating from a stop.

Battery is 3 years old, duralast red... always seemed weak.

I re-did the terminals as they were competely corroded and brittle when I bought it so they are good.
