The limited and non-limited door panels are different, note the shape of the door handle surround. I have the complete limited interior and GC Overland in my Jeep. Started as a "Classic". Pics. in sig.

Where did you source everything? Your XJ has pretty much everything I want to eventually get done in mine. Those seats especially!

I can't answer for him but can tell you this. Takes work. Constantly cruising Craigslist and Ebay. Mine was just a Sport. The cruise control, overhead console, privacy glass, map pockets on my door panels, wood grain trim, seats, power on both sides, were things that I added. Couple of before and after of my seats. Original one piece buckets and then the removable headrest ones. Be aware that those are seat cover cause the originals are in so so shape. I just really wanted the headrest seat. They are leather under the cover but would have been OK with cloth ones too.

What exactly you mean by privacy glass? And for those map pockets was that something aftermarket you found or something that came on one of the XJ trims? Been trying to figure out the best way to add map pockets and seems like the Limited wood grain door panels are my only option.

In Jeep parts catalogs they refer to glass in 2 ways. Tinted and privacy. Tinted is not tinted. Privacy is. Can't explain it. According to my build sheet the Jeep came with tinted glass. See the lower glass in the picture. Ignore the turned purple aftermarket tints that the PO put on. Just look where it is clear and compare the two. The glass on top is privacy glass. It would have cost me $200, might have been $250, to remove and replace the aftermarket tints on the original glass. Scored all the privacy glass out of a Jeep for $200. Had my glass guy do the hatch glass. $100 to him to remove the hatch glass from the boneyard Jeep, remove mine, and replace with the privacy glass. I removed the rest of the glass from the boneyard Jeep and removed and replace the rest myself. Oh and $30 for the molding around the hatch glass. A Mopar one. As far as the map pocket goes I dremeled it off some Camel wood grain door panels I scored off a '99 Country XJ that I raided for parts. Where the seats, overhead console, parts of the cruise and some other stuff came from. And just double sided taped them to my door panels. Remember how I said I like the 2 tone and Camel wood grain panels are not. Why I did it that way.

All auto glass is "tinted" - it's just a U/V blocking "tint" so the glass looks clear but visually does not block light transmittal. Technically (which is how the factory looks at it) it is "tinted", but when most people think of "tinted" they are imagining a certain level of light transmittal being blocked. From the factory perspective, the window is always "tinted" so in order to differentiate the glass that blocks light they use the term "privacy glass" since if light transmittal is blocked, it's more difficult to see into.
