They're along the firewall, on passenger side of engine, next to the heater core inlet/outlet. Thanks!

We need to just post this when there's no info, and stick to it.
From Joe Peters and well stated. Sounds harsh but just makes sense:
"Let’s play a game.
You pretend that you are the only one that knows what year/engine/model, etc that you are asking about.
We will all pretend you never asked a question until you provide at least the bare minimum of information about your vehicle".

LOL, whoops, guys! I have no idea why it has my wife's WJ in my sig! I'll see about that in a min. It's on a '93 XJ, 4.0. It doesn't run, I still need to get another rad fan before I can try to start it (It was scavenged, as was the starter, which I replaced). RenegadeT, I think you're right, I found the other ends of both connectors hanging over the tranny. Evidently, whoever took the tranny out to "fix" it, 1- just left the wires hanging around the tranny, 2- left the dipstick/fill tube off the tranny, and 3- the radiator end of the of the radiator to tranny lines were wrapped around the front axle, uuuhhhhggg! Thanks, everyone!

Yep, looks like all of the wiring is accounted for, I agree, I need to check the bell housing bolts, to make sure they didn't mess that up!! The tranny seems to be bolted in, I have no idea why there was an extra tranny mount and crossmember in the back of the Jeep.
