....or down for that matter? I'm talking about manual windows, will taking the door apart and greasing the moving parts help any?

I think my left forearm is about an inch bigger than my right just from the workout.

I have a grudge with those things.. Twice now electric windows have failed me when I needed them most. Rolled the window down, started raining or something similar to that, and they refused to go back up.

bad window seals make rolling manual windows up and down very difficult. Remove window seals and then try rolling window up and down. If working properly replace window seals. The rubber tends to bend and wedge up against the window making it very difficult. If not just take off the door panels and lube the track facing the outer skin of the door. I use either a silicone paste or dry lube.

This is what you want to do. Pop your window crank handles off, unscrew the door handle and rotate and pull the top part of the handle out, then use a flathead or trim removal tool to pop out the plastic retainers that hold the door panel to the door. Pull the plastic sheet off the door and you'll see a vertical tube looking thing in the largest opening. That tube is open on the back side and that's where the grease needs to go, so roll the window all the way up and work grease into that channel. I just put a dab on my fingers and drag them across the back side of that tube and the grease will work into the channel. Actually now that I think of it I have a small tube of grease that I was able to squeeze into the channel, which made it neater. Roll the window up and down several times to work the grease into that tube and you'll be good.
