Default any ideas where this electrical connection plugs in????

i am just finishing up the evap. core replacement. This one connector runs with the main harness up to the steering wheel yet there does not seem to be any area ar all to plug it in. Any ideas guys.....this is literally the only thing holding me up from putting the last few panels on......thanks for any help!

more info consists of a purple/black wire, a blue/black wire. 2 green/black wires, and 2 white/ black wires.
