Default Anti theft fuel pump switch?

Anyone ever put one of these on their Jeep? I have manual locks and am planning on tube doors for the summer and could use a little piece of mind. If you dont feel comfortable posting it up here (I can understand) send me a PM. I've read up and have a good idea of how it works and how to hook everything up, I'm just looking for interesting ideas.

Here is an idea electrify the coils in the seat make sure you can turn it off and on as you please. No one will be able to stand a few hundred cranking amps into their ***. Yes I am serious. It's possible. Lol

Attach a snap on clip on the fuel pump relay, take it out when you leave the jeep and snap it onto your key ring, free and easy

Or un hook the throttle cable to the gas pedal when you leave

I don't mind replying now that the vehicle in question is dismantled.

On my 87 bronco I ran a switch in line with the emergency fuel pump cutoff, the one that trips if you are in a wreck to kill power to the pump.

On that vehicle it worked out well, the emergency switch was under the dash on the driver side, I installed the switch under the dash near the parking brake handle. So when I had passengers I could hit the switch as I was releasing the parking brake.

It is easy to do I always kind of hoped that I would walk up to someone sitting in the bronco cranking it without it starting...

I haven't thought about where to put a switch on the xj but I may install one. You might be able to put a switch under the seat near the seat adjustment and if you felt someone was watching just fiddle with your seat a bit while flipping the switch.

There are a few things you could do. splice into the power wire for the fuel pump relay underhood, and run a switch in cab or wherever you like. COuld also do something similar from the coil wire.
