Another Transmission problem
I got my new transmission in and filled with fluid. Its from a junk yard so I flushed it. After the flush i put the return line on and checked the fluid with it running. Its about an inch above the top hole. Thought I should go threw the gears first and check again before i drain any out. The jeep is still on stands without the drive shafts. While in drive i looked at the Transfer case thought it should be spinning. Its not. Will to much fluid prevent it to engage?

No, it wouldn't cause that.

I was thinking the same thing on my way to work this morning. I didn't hope my linkage backup because I got new linkage. So that transfer case may be in neutral. I hope so.
