I recently got a Cherokee with only a 2" BB and 33" tires. I have grown to love the tire size but would like some better clearance off road. I am looking at doing a 3.5" lift, I believe that this will work much better with the 33's but not put it up so high that if I decide to put 31"s on it when it comes time to replace these it will still work.
Any way, I was looking on rusty's that their shocks go from 3" lift to a shock for 4"-5" nothing in between. If I have a 3.5" lift but have the swaybar disconnected it would travel further right? Would it be ok if I put shocks intended for 4-5" lift or am I thinking of this all wrong?
