Default another rattle thread

ok i've read every thread my eyes could stand on front end rattle. my swaybar is taken off so that rules it out. I have checked the aftermarket tie rod, aftermarket draglink, steering box, aftermarket tracbar, springs, even checked lugnuts and brake caliper bolts, checked balljoints, checked axle joints and ujoints, checked wheel bearing hubs. I read on several posts about anti rattle clips and to just take them off and i checked and they are already taken off or nonexistent that i could see.. also i may add it is a constant rattle even when braking but tapping everywhere... i could halfway get the sound when i tapped on the caliper but the pads didnt jump or anything when i do so. I got some new brake pads just because i have never changed them and have no clue when the previous owner did but when i had the wheels off to change an axle joint a few mos back they looked perfectly fine. any other things i havent checked. it has 2 powerbass 12's in back and i dont want to resort to that thanks guys!

Just a longshot but make sure your axle nuts are fully tight. Check upper arm bushings as well as lower. Also look at the adjusters on the lower arms, if they are loose at all or if the cam adjuster is hanging down instead of inside the cam yoke it can shift easily. Btw i use my beat to drown out the annoying sounds, on top of liking to feal the music and not just listen to it.

Where is your rattle coming from specifically? Where do you hear it? Is it a constant rattle, like at idle or sitting in drive at a red light? If so, check your transfer case linkage. It has a support that connects to the unibody and if the rubber boot goes missing (common from what I understand), it will rattle. Mine is all screwed up and I plan on replacing it with a Novak shifter kit.

found it. i thought i checked the wheel bearings good enough but it just so happens i didnt heh. drivers front hub is shot and the passenger front has seen better days as well so I just ordered timkens to replace both sides. it was a constant rattle when the vehicle was in motion.
next question... when you guys replace pads do you run the anti-rattle clips? research has told me both ways to run or not run them.
