alright here we go i just purchased my 1993 xj and a couple of day later i did an oil change the next day i drove it it started to puff alot of blue smoke idont think its the rings because it has alot of power what else cold be the problem

 

The only other thing it can be is valve seals you will see some smoke when you first start it up but it should clear up within a few minutes.
I would do a compression check a see how the engine is doing.
