To the OP, ken72, my apologies for the thread hijack. Guess I should have left it at my 1st post on page 1.
No worries, I just ignore the other stuff. I got the info I needed. Realized I need to do some cooling system maintenance. BTW... learned quite a bit from your serpintine belt thread. Think I am going to change the belt, water pump, and t-stat all once when I do my belt change.

I have never purged a cooling system so I am a little nervous by it. Not as worried about emptying the coolant or refill more worried about the leaving air in the system and not being able to burp it.
