Default Another DAPO gift...

I crawled under my 01 today and noticed that one of the four TC mounts is completely egg-ed out and the bolt was free roaming in the "frame". The hole is so distorted that, once I recovered the bolt, it can go in and out the hole (that's what she said) without threading in. Do I have any options. I am a welder and have access to all the tools a wheeler would want, but is it safe to weld a "stud" to the "frame"? Any advice would be appreciated.

its safe to weld to the unibody, make sure that you measure it out perfectly on both sides to insure the best steering geometry/ articulation/etc
