Before you get mad. I did search. I'm just trying not to go threw the hole ripping dash out. I recently got my 2000 xj only settings 3 and 4 work on the heater probly the resistor. But when its on it sounds like a tug boat horn its really loud and I don't blelieve its pushing any air. I think I removed what is the resistor and I can see the wheel spinning but feel no air also looks like there is some tissue stuck in the wheel. Where should I start .

 

Would it hurt to shop vac the hole once i remove the blower motor and wheel.. try and suck up some of the debris ?
