This amp http://www.caraudiodeals.com/audiopi...1d-p-1452.html and that first pioneer would be an awesome setup and you wot regret it later, save a little more and be happy with the money you spent instead if wanting to buy more later and wasting your cash.

if your running over 1000 watts or more you will need a capacitor. at least a 2.5. and be having that its like a second battery just smaller. and id just set it so that way that and your amp is up outta of the way on the box

You don't need a cap 2nd time, I am at work when I get home I will send you a link showing you why you don't need one.
However if you are buying a sub or amp that bug I recommend buying 0 gauge wire to te amp or it can destroy your wiring And there is no light dim.

Hey man..if you wanna spend next to nothing for some decent stuff. Lanzar. My buddy has a 2400 watt amp and a huge 15" sub. The sub sounds sick as hell and he paid almost nothing for it.

You would wire it down to one ohm and that's where you get your power, you need to find a stable one ohm amp and sub for that kind of power. Both the audiopipe and sdc2.5 are both one ohm stable and are new.
