And around here we ref them as distro caps so again my bad, and for the solid watts I mean true power so 2000 watts clamped power.

I more so want it for the enclosure. I love the look of that enclosure and dont have the resources to build anything close to it. I can always upgrade the subs later. But this would be enough to get me started and satisfied instead of just the two 5 and a quartersi n my doors. And no ones really showing me anything better than i can get. The sbc15 speakers those are like 6-800 dollars per speaker... Image dynamics look fine but no box.

Audioque.com and you can get the amp off of eBay is the cheapest place I have found and they pump out 1500rms clamped power ( that means it was tested with a dmm to verify it's power ) my friend has has this amp for 2 years and not one problem it's a very solid design.

Or another good amp that is going to be dropping in price is the hifonics brand for the 2010 gear. Found at woofersetc.com

When it comes to speakers you get what you pay for. So if you buy cheap it will sound like rattling papers. I have been using the same mtx thunder 4500 sub and jensen 450 watt amp for 4 years now and it still sounds fine. Im not really that interested in loud music anymore so i didnt upgrade anything. My friends have used bazooka, dual, and sony xplodes speakers and subs and mine sounds a million times better than there's ever could.

Stay away from visionik that brand is garbage, hifonics, mtx, alpine are good brands, it just depends on what you are willing to spend.

Like I stated the audiopipe is the best amp new under 200 IMO.

Ok well help me out here guys! I can get something going for 300 bucks i know it. I just want some mind crushing bass =P

Theres this http://www.woofersetc.com/p8014/TSW3...-Subwoofer.htm 190 dollars. Leaves me 110 for an amp a box and an amp wiring kit. Anyone have ideas to power this monster? Or is there something cheaper with similar performance? Lets figure this out! I really want this to be worth the money.

http://www.woofersetc.com/p8018/TSW1...-Subwoofer.htm This ones only 100 dollars. Do you know if this site sells them in pairs or singles? I love pioneer and i know almost anything fromt hem will sound great. This is probably their mid range. Which would most likely be more than enough for me. The power requirements ont his one are alot more reasonable too.

The first pioneer you posted is a good sub, but for 30 dollars less you can get the sdc12 or 15, and it will be better than that and they are handbuilt and have awesome warrantys.

And they are sold in singles, and you are going to be spending at least 40 for a box and add about 50 or more for wiring.
