when I put my headers on the back did not seal due to header hitting bottom of intake.did you check that out ?

Add cracked intake manifold and Fowled injectors to this day and we have a real **** Sunday.

I too have that POS speed daddy header, I talked to a lady that works there on the phone about it when I first got it and noticed the warpage of the flange, I think she said I could send it back if it didn't work but that was a long time ago so idk. Anyway long story short I've been through 3 gaskets trying to fix the leak and no luck, the latest thing I did was cut the flange where it was warped to allow it to flex and conform to the head, I think it worked or at least to the point I don't notice it any more. My advice would be call and see if they'll let you return it, or at least exchange it for another one that might be made right.

Finding one with the flex on 1 and 6... Just had some guy on Facebook convince me it was the bees knees ... But at this point "functional" IS performance I've never experienced this jeep running anything but lean
