What a great response, and that's a natural reaction. He was just stating a scenario, better safe than sorry.

Better safe than sorry not to lift it at all I guess. I mean changing that stock suspension at all should be illegal it makes a top heavy vehicle have higher center of gravity and all. Go yank your steering wheel to its lock and back to the other lock at 70mph with sway bars and then again without bet you roll either way. They are nice up to a point and assist in preventing some body roll by doubling the spring rate on the leaning side. However once you hit that point when you are lifting tires off the ground in a top heavy vehicle you are pretty much at the breaking point.

per the law and the way most insurance policys are written, if you swerve to avoid wild life you are at fault. Deer tastes good. As far as swerving vs not, you can swerve without sway bars, its all about knowing how to drive, if you dont know how to drive, get disconnects.
natural reaction should be to maintain course and speed, if you slam on the brakes, the deer will probabaly hit higher on the front end and do more damage.
as for swerving at 70, going 70 in a lifted jeep is retarded. Just cruise and enjoy life, if you are in a damn hurry all the time, buy a sports car.
