every one says ditch the rear. 90% DD then maybe really consider keeping the front. it's just a little insurance against you forgettign what your doing while driving.

I don't have any swaybars at all and my wife drives my jeep to work every single day. While quick disconnects would be better for the front, you can get by just by driving with a little common sense, it's a jeep, not a 300z. The rear swaybar is just useless period.

Tossed front and rear sway bars 7 years ago when I first put a 3" kit on my XJ...haven't looked back after 4 years of daily use and even a 6" and 8.5" lift.
After a week of driving I learned how to handle it.
To each their own, so let's let the topic die.

Ok well I guess im keeping it on. I had no clue it transferred so much body roll. I play several racing games and I know how much sway bars do but I read about people taking em off jeeps time to time. I figured there was a reason they all come with a front from the factory....

Front swaybars are crucial IMO. Also we are not driving track cars. Just buy disconnects if you want the flex. The rear swaybar on the other hand is different, not really needed unless you tow quite a bit.
