Default Alternator pulley misaligned

1987 Cherokee 4.0. with PS and A/C.

I pulled my fan when I replaced my radiator. Putting everything back together and I had trouble with the belt coming halfway off the fan pulley and the bottom of the pulley is being pulled out. Further inspection shows the alternator pulley is misaligned with the other pulleys and the tension from that is causing the fan pulley to move forward on the bottom stud so it's not completely vertical. I've had the fan and belt off before and never ran into this problem so I have no idea how I messed it up.

The alternator is secure on its bracket. Based on the usual dirt and grime it doesn't look like anything moved but it definitely misaligned by an inch or more. Any advice.

Retrace installation steps, removing and reinstalling as necessary to align correctly. This is a build error so it's on you to discover where you went wrong.

You sure the harmonic balancer pulley hasn't separated and moved forward or backward? That's a common problem.

Got it figured out. No misalignment. The bottom of the fan pulley was pulley pulling away so it looked like it was out of alignment.
