Default alright guys i need some help...badly

well my jeep quit on me yesterday ...just died...it blew the engine control fuse.... so i replaced the ingtion switch an it fired right up an ran like a champ...well it died again this morning so i replaced the switch again just to see if it got burnt up..well it didnt fix it ..blew the engine control fuse again to.. i have no fire or fuel ...an idk if its normal but the auto shutdown relay in the fuse box is clicking when u turn the key to start....a few weeks ago i had the alternator tested an it said the voltage reg in the ecm was bad...could this be my problem....any help would be awesome

If you were told the voltage regulator was bad, why in the world would you even try to drive the darn thing?

Swap out the PCM.

it was running fine an still charging at 13.5-14 volts ...could that be the issue

I am pretty sure you can install external regulator, but it will take me about 1 hour to figure out how to do that.
It is easier to buy used ECM.

Check the wiring to the O2 sensors to see if they are melted or shorting out on the exhaust. That could be the cause of the fuse blowing.
