Almost no-start if I stall it

I just did a bunch of work to my Jeep, which included re-sealing the intake as well as fixing some other vacuum leaks. She now actually idle’s, and because of that, I have to use more gas than what I was used to in reverse or 1st.
However, if I stall it, it doesn’t crank up unless I hold the throttle down, and then you have to rev it up around 2k for a few seconds, otherwise it will just flat out die.
Any particular reason behind this?
