Looks like it was signed by the workers at the engine plant.
There were actually two 'final engines' signed by the workers. One went to the Kenosha history center, the other to the Walter Chrysler museum.
If you count all the I-6 variants built on that Kenosha line, over 11 million straight-sixes rolled out those doors.


FWIW Cruiser, "Tractor motor" isn't meant as an insult, it's a term of endearment and respect. That is a man's engine, not some touchy-feely eco-boost nonsense.
They're tough, handle anything you toss at them and don't ask for much in return. They may be noisy and a bit unrefined but they put in a day's work day in and day out, just like a tractor.

It's a well developed automotive engine by a small car company that was screwed over by the big three.
