Hey everybody. So Im going to be buying a new set of tires for my xj soon. Its my daily driver but I also venture out about every weekend. Im looking for an A/T tire that performs very well offroad. (as well as an A/t can). Im looking at the pro comp a/t's. does anybody out there in xj land run these? any other suggestions? thanks

i just put a set of cooper discoverer ATR's on my xj... they have a decent tread pattern, a 50,000 mile treadlife waranty, and are a fair amount cheaper than some of the other brands i looked at.
the 30x9.5 LT tires have a more agressive and deeper tread than the p-metric sizes...
i would have loved to go with something like the cooper stt or a mud terrain, but i do more on-road driving than off, and didnt want to sacrifice too much rolling resistance.
so far i'm very happy with these tires...never had a problem with the cooper brand either.
just a lesser known option for good tires....and made in the USA!
