Default Air in PS.. Reman pump and durango box

So I swapped my xj remanned box for a remanned Durango box from NAPA last saturday... bled the system well.

Steering was stiff as hell at idle.

on sunday I Replaced my PS pump and pulley that was original with 150k on it. Re bled the system, waited for no more bubbles. Still nothing at idle or slower speeds.

Re bled it today for giggles... No dice.

Any thoughts?

What kind of pressure is the pump making?

I am going to warranty both today.

New question. The durango box has atf+4 already in it and says to use atf+4. I put in napa psf the last time.
I am using a Xj pump. Durango box. Should I Use atf+4 or drain the box and refill all with PSF?

It can take a few days for all the bubbles to work there way out of the system

Could also have a bad pump and or box... re-manufactured does NOT mean good or functional. It means it was the core from somebody elses problem.

Try bleeding it with the jeep off and jack the front end up so the tires are off the ground and turn the wheels from lock to lock a few time. That how I do it anyway hope this helps.
