Default After market fender flare brackets

So last night I tried to take one on my rear fender flares off of my 1998 cherokee sport and the first bolt snapped off. I did dome looking around for after market flares but most that I have found are to expensive for my budget ( Im only 16) But I still want to get them off to paint them put I am afraid I will end up breaking to many bolts. I found after market brackets that seem to come with new hardware so I wont have to worry about breaking them. The problem Is they say they only work on XJs built in 1984 through 1996. Has anybody used these? And if so is there anything I could do to make them work on a 98 XJ?

Heres the link:

the part is 6a, thanks

You can always hammer out the broke bolts and put new ones in. I did that when I raised mine way back when.

Don't worry about breaking those bolts... What is important is that you get to fix your fender flares... Bolts are replaceable anyway...
