It's been a two days now and this is what I've noticed do far.
1. smoother idle
2. better throttle response.
3. the rig feels lighter, like it's accelerating faster.
4. after I let go of the gas pedal she cruses at the same speed for alot longer then before the swap.
5. my engine sounds louder
6. blowing through gas very quickly, I'm hoping that the computer will fix/ adjust this after the 50 starts, still on my first tank of gas.
so far very happy with the swap and not difficult at all to do.
Can those of you that have done the swap, post your issues or what you've noticed since. Thanks, I think it will help people out that want to do this.

I followed that write up as well. Really it was not that difficult and went smoother than I thought. I would diffidently clean the injectors first. Mine came form the jy and were nasty, my bucket was brown when I finished the cleaning. New felpro orings are a must they are like 3.99 for a box of four so u need three boxes.
also here is a post that I put up after the swap with some tips and some small issues I came across. Good luck.

i yanked the fuel pump relay while it was running to depressurize the fuel rail.
I noticed the same, throttle and power are better. I used to get 17-18 mpg now i get 16.2 on average in my 91 limited. i drive highway 90% so i was disappointed in this. However, if you are a city driver and climber, this would be great.
