Ok so I just put in the 703s and cleaned the TB. Took about two hours. Been done about an hour drove it like thirty miles around the neighborhood and to pick up the offspring from school.
Here's what I noticed so far.
1. Idle is really alot smoother
2.much more responsive to the gas pedal
3.Engine seems to be a little less shaky
Now for the not so good. and I hope it's the computer learning the injectors
1. Seems to jumping rpms only about a hundred up and down at around 33 mph. I think that is right in between 2nd and 3rd.
2. I think they are sticking out to far on the intake end, however the rail was flush with the mounts and bolt holes. No leaks, yes and I've checked like thirty times.
Now for some tips.
1. After you have the rail off with the injectors still connected to it by the clip(leave the clips on pull the rail and the injector at the same time)
release the pressure in the rail at the release valve and pour what comes out into a container.
2.lay a medium siezed towel over the intake and under the rail before you pull the injectors. This serves to purposes.
A. to catch any left over gas cause you will have a little
B. and very important to make sure you don't lose a clip into the intake.
I counted all six clips in my hand before I removed the towel
3. mark some tape with numbers 1-6 and tape them to the elctrical connectors. It sounds chessey but 5and 6 come from the same line and it can get confusing. No need to throw off the firing order.
Here are some pics
How far they stick out

contraption I made to suck out the fried old orings that were caked to the intake. I used this while I scrapped the port with a small hook tool.
(just wanted to make sure nothing feel inside)

and I will be updating as the time passes any issues or good things that come of it.
I would like to see if anyone can snap a pic for me of how far they stick out at the intake port, preferably 703 on a 97. Thanks hope this helps.
