Adjusting valves on rebuilt cylinder head

Adjusting valves on rebuilt cylinder head
So I just got my rebuilt cylinder head today and it says "Must adjust valves after installation"....how do I do this? Right now, all the valve seals on both the intake and exhaust are at the bottom. It's a 98 4.0 Please help!
