Default Adjusting Neutral Safety Switch

So it started off that I had no reverse lights. They would work once in a blue. I read that I should take apart the NSS, clean it and I'll be all set. Well, I did so and now I have no OVERDRIVE. Also, I only have reverse lights when I'm in reverse and I push the shifter closer towards park. How the hell do I adjust the NSS?

Loosen the smaller bolt and it will rotate a small bit. The way I did it was to put the jeep in reverse with the wheels chocked and the switch on. Then had my wife tell me when the back-up lights came on and went off. I put it in the middle of the range where the reverse lights worked and tightened it down. That got it in the right spot for me.
