Additives?
I was thinking about using a fuel injector cleaner additive on my '96. Any testaments on additives? Not just FI, but also other additives.

Seafoam does have a strong stoddard solvent that will clean the fuel system.
That being said, my favorite fuel system cleaner is Techron, by Chevron. I use this product about 3 times a year as a preventive.
For fuel systems that are symptomatic and you want something stronger, BG44K cannot be beat. It is expensive but I have had some really good results with it.
Other than that, I don't use additives as 1)you most likely don't need them and 2)Most don't work as advertised; snake oil

The best way to clean your injectors is to pull them out and send them for refurbishment. There are quite a few options on my side of the pond, but it usually works out at about £10 an injector with a before/after spray pattern chart to show you how much you gained.
