Default adding stock cruise control question

Hey guys I'm adding cruise control to my 99 . I got all the parts on eBay from a 2001. Question is I got this white piece that is on the fuse panel in the picture. Also got a relay. Do I need to install these? And if so where? Didn't see anything about them on any write ups
Thanks

That looks like a brake lamp switch, which you should already have. See if your brake lamp switch has a Dark Brown/Red tracer wire coming from pin 4 of the switch. That wire goes to pin 3 on the Speed Control Servo connector (in your pic).

The '99 XJ doesn't have a relay in the cruise control circuit. Neither does the 2K1 XJ (that I know of).

I put stock cruise control in my 98. All you have to do is mount the actuator, hook up the cable, connect the connector, swap the clock spring, and swap the steering wheel switches. There shouldnt be any fuses or relays needed.
