Figured I put up a few pic of the latest addition to my 94 Sport.
I found several diamond-plate door thresholds.
BUT, IMHO, they are great for "mall-rigs"
Cheapo thin, plastic diamond-plate that is double-sided taped to the original threshold...Oh the humanity.
So after some very tiresome searching, I came up with this:

Why don't the pic show up? Because there is NOTHING else. Nada, nil.
Time to let the creative juices flow.
Base material:
1/8" thick polished aluminum diamond plate (48"x6") Yields 1 FULL set of thresholds for a 4dr.
Front: 27 1/2" ...more than enough to make the two shorties for the rear doors
Cut into (2) 3" wide strips.
Using the original threshold as a template for bending.
Bent a 3/8" lip down.
Drilled and countersunk for the SS oval head hardware.
STOCK THRESHOLD:

REMOVED:

NEW THRESHOLD W/SS hardware:

CAN'T FORGET THE REAR:

I know, I know, its a bit of "bling" but dayum, they look sharp. And they roll over the edge exactly like the plastic OEM units.

Sure it's a little bling, but you did a good job making them.
I'm going to go ahead and assume you don't live in the rust belt, because the thresholds on my '99 aren't even close to being that clean.

Those are the nice sides of the rockers. The undersides are rusty, and if kicked the right way, they sound like a pair of maracas.

Makes getting in and out an adventure...I dont wanna get them dirty now.

Thank you for the comment. I TRY my hardest. In a few days you can ask Belto about my workmanship. I made a nice looking set of 2" coil spring spacers for him-IMHO Only problem.... they ARE nicer than MINE

PS: I read your build thread....Looks nice. Why did you SYE? Were you getting vibes w/ 2" lift? I am feeling a little with mine. I may TRY a TC drop, but I am undecided as of yet.
Actually my friend, I am on the other side of the state. Allentown area (north of Philly).

They crept up on me. First month, it drove just as smooth as ever. Then, after 6 weeks or so, the heater vents started to rattle, and eventally I couldn't go over 45 m.p.h., it was bad.
I originaly thought about a tc drop, but the idea of lifting the jeep 2" just to lose half that clearence to the tc drop didn't sit well with me.
