Default Acceleration problem. Feeling lost. Hate it.

I have a1996 jeep cheroke 4.0 Sport. Recently it has had a problem accelerating. Also, when its cold it runs rough and tresto die at idle. When the key is turned I can hear the fuel pump prime. I replaced it four years ago. The fuel filter is new. I just checked the plugs. There is no check engine light and my oil pressure is normal. New tps, new spark plug wires, new distributor cap and rotor. Does anyone have any ideas? Also no coolant was in the holes for the spark plugs.

Possible clogged catalytic converter. There is a recall on the 96 XJ that replaces the converter.

Might hear the pump prime, but that doesn't mean there's enough pressure......

Converter is not clogged. Can a glasspack clog?

What he said. Approx 49 PSI is where it needs to be at idle.
