Default Ac is stuck on defroster?

Does anyone know how to get the ac switch to get unstuck on defroster?

Tell me more.... is the switch physically stuck or is the air only coming from the defroster?

Your AC blowing out just the defroster vents is probably due to not getting adequate vacuum to the control motor that would redirect the air.

First thing to check is the vacuum line from the intake manifold to the storage ball in the front bumper on the drivers side. This is a common issue and fix.

Ya my canister was leaking. Got one from scrap yard and took the opportunity to relocate it under the coolant bottle. If the switch physically will not move you need to pull the assembly and pull off the cables so you ccan test each one and find out if one is seized.
