Default ac compressor head pressure build up

I have a 2001 XJ Sport that has blown the seals in the ac compressor for the 2nd time. Compressor has been replaced with NAPA part 1 year prior to the problem. Compressor checked out ok. Changed o-rings, recharged system, had a problem getting the temp down to acceptable level. Mechanic questioned whether fan was acting right or not. Finally started working, but only for 1 month.

I am looking for suggestions as to where to go for possible causes and solutions. Thanks in advance

The FSM calls a specific amount of both oil and refrigerant (in ounces). To start from zero, the compressor must be removed, turned up side down to drain residual oil, the evap and condenser should be flushed to remove oil, a new accumulator/dryer installed and a new liquid line/orifice tube installed (both are filters). Add 1/2 of the correct amount of oil to the dryer and the other 1/2 of oil to the compressor. A vacuum must be pulled/held on the system (to remove all moisture/check for leaks), then the correct number of ounces of refrigerant added. U can't use those cans of refrigerant that contain oil......as u can't tell how much oil is added. A pro should measure precisely how much refrigerant (and oil) is added to the system. R134a systems are finicky regarding the amount of oil......too much, cooling is poor, too little, bye bye compressor. Same can be said for the amount of refrigerant.
