Default ABS engaging when turning

Hi All. My wife is having a problem with her 98 Grand Cherokee AWD. When turning left and applying the brake the ABS system kicks in. Making stopping quite challenging at times.
The Jeep runs and drives fine. No warning lights of any kind. When slowing (going straight) the brakes work fine. When I turn left while applying the brake, it feels like the ABS kick in. The brake pedal releases then gets hard to push causing the jeep to go past where you want to stop.
I have replaced the rotors, brakes and both front wheel sensors to no avail. The problem still persists. The hubs appear to be ok. No noise or play. The ring on the hubs appear to be good also. Anyone have any suggestions on where to look now?
Thank You all in advance and have a great weekend... John

You might want to post this in the Grand Cherokee section for better responses, you sure the hose didn't collapse?
