Default ABS to

hey guys im curious im about to do a swap from a dana 35 to a c8.25. the problem is it has ABS. i know that any 8.25 never had ABS. so my question is how would i bypass the ABS without getting a light on the dash. its a 1999 cherokee auto 4wd 4.0

I was wondering the same basic thing, but i have access to a 8.8 or an XJ D44. I wasn't sure if either would allow the use of ABS, or if both will end up tripping an ABS light.

Assuming you've already taken out the ABS fuses, just take out the ABS warning bulb. You should still have a separate brake warning bulb to warn if you lose brake pressure.
