Default AAL dowel pin help

Ok so im trying to fix my shot springs and not knowing what i was doing, i just slid a leaf in and c clamped em down.

There are removable dowel pins coming out of my chrystler 8.25. i think theyre from my blocks that i took out bc they broke my bottom leaf.

The dowel pins are too big for my aal so my aal just sits on top of dowel pin.

Are the stock XJ leaf packs supposed to get one of those long Bolts going thru it with a hex on top to align everything???

because my stock packs have one broken off.

I need the AAL shim and the dowel pin thing. like the AAL's i see on ebay.

my aal never came with that. where do i buy em??

Yes all leaf packs need a center pin, look at serious offroad or your auto parts store

installing an AAL you're supposed to unclamp the existing spring clamps,(after removing the springs from the truck) unbolt or cut the center bolt, install the AAL in the correct spot in the spring stack,(they should go in order of length) use C-clamps or something compairable to hold the springs tight together, install a new center bolt (making sure the springs are properly aligned) torque the center bolt, install new spring clamps, reinstall into truck.
